Siegel heirs win another battle

The battle to retrieve the rights to major American characters in the name of the people who actually created them continues, seemingly a never ending battle. The latest update is that the heirs to Jerry Siegel, one of the two who invented Superman, has won another victory, based on a blogg post on Newsrama by the legnedary publisher Dennis Kitchen.
