Live: 24 hour comics at the Comic Art School

The last 24 hours, the students at the Comic Art School of Malmö have taken part in this year's 24 hour comics competition. The goal is to make 24 pages of comics in the same number of hours in a challenge instituted by the American Scott McCloud. We have done this as part of the teachings at the school every year since the start ten years ago and the results are always impressive and the sheer energy shared during this creative marathon is exhilarating.

Right now the deadline has passed and everyone is reading each other's stories, while we're waiting for the reporters from the daily newspaper Sydsvenska Dagbladet who will interview the winners of this years competition to make new comic strips for their comics section. The winning strips will be published in SDS during December.
