Just arrived to London and landed right into the incredibly interesting exhibition Black Power! at the Swiss Cottage Gallery. A historical expose starting with Krazy Kat and ending up with active Black comics artists from London.
At the moment there is a panel consisting of the curator of the exhibution and four comics artist - all Black, which has lead to some really interesting discussions on Black characters and how to create them without using syereotypes or being too PC.
