Right now the very final day of the school year at The Comic Art School is under way.
Karolina Bång, one of the students at the school, is playing with band, Giddyupp, Go Go Gun Girls!
Before this was the very official ceremony, where every student gets a diploma and official hugs from all three teachers (a tradition since the school started in 1999). i.e. Josefin Svenske, Stina Hjelm and yours truly.
I can also report that this year's Year Book has arrived. As usual it's a doozy, and also as per usual it's for free. Come over to the Culture House Mazetti and get a copy or two. For those of you who happen to not be in Malmö we'll of course bring it along to various festivals in the coming year.
Well, that's it. The school year is over. A new group of comics artists have been released on to the world and we look forward to seeing how they will enrich our field in the years to come.
